Camp Zap has been a program of the City of Woodlake since 2000.
What started out as a picnic for Woodlake school children nine years ago has grown into a powerful tool in educating youth from all over Tulare County. Children learn the importance of staying in school, making positive choices and respecting their parents and authority figures like police officers.
Prevention, Intervention and Education, are all components that divert our youth from gang and drug activities. The City of Woodlake reaps the rewards today in reduced youth crime, graffiti and school violence. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…
